Summarize your bug Game forced a restart after successful completion of Rey GL tier 6 (ultimate mat tier). When I logged back into the game my event currency had been spent and the battle was marked as a successful completion but I was not awarded the ultimate ability material. The game has marked 10 successful completions of the event tier and is no longer giving rewards but I only have 9/10 ultimate ability materials so I am unable to unlock Rey's Ultimate Ability. There is no way for me to now gain the ultimate ability in game. I have attached screenshots and a video of the issue. when i have raised tickets with the support team theyve advised there is nothing they can do to help
