Summarize your bug Captain Rex is failing to share his unique omicron with phoenix allies and have it himself as written. As an example, when receiving and AOE ability block, only 8 DOTs effects are applied to the enemy, when if it was shared correctly it would be 10.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into a GAC battle with his omicron active and receive an AOE ability block or daze and count how many DOT effects each opponent gets. It should be 10 DOTs per AOE but you will find it is only 8.
