Summarize your bug title - Cassian's U-Wing has been in my fleet since the release since 2.0. I do 5 battles a day. I have not upgraded it, but at base level it is supposed to have a 30% Counter chance. I have never never never seen it counter once, and Ive played with it long enough I should have seen it at least once after weeks. I think it is broken.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play with him on 1x speed.

We tested and confirmed that Cassian's U-wing has a 30% Counter Chance at ability level 7 (for "Avoid Contact") and that it triggers counter attacks.
It might be that you just didn't pay attention when it counter attacked?
