Certain Battle Rooms Won't Load

Certain battle rooms won't load now (post 08/17/2016) update. The cantina battles, challenge battles, light side battles, events, and galactic wars will not load when selected. When i select one of those, the load icon comes up and the game times out and fails to load, but the icon keeps spinning.

I letit load for 20 minutes one time. My platform is the galaxy s7.

(UPDATE - ISSUE RESOLVED BY REINSTALLING APP)

That's odd. I play on a Samsung as well, but it usually only does that if I'm on WiFi. Have you tried toggling between WiFi and data?

If that doesn't work you may look at trying some additional troubleshooting.

I can get into Dark side battles and War only.
Samsung Galaxy S4.
Tried going through Characters menu to get to different battles but nothing works.

@MaryTJohanssen Hi,

Are you also experiencing the load icon coming up?

Or are you unable to select these other areas at all?

The load icon would come up and do its animation, but nothing loaded.

The issue has been solved. I needed to do a reinstall of the game app.i was able to back up all advancement by making sure i was logged on to google games. I then uninstalled the app through app manager (not google play). Then reinstalled. It retained all my settings (iguess) without issue and i was able to pick up where i left off.
