Marquee Crystal Packs Not Appearing in Store

Hey everyone,

I’m starting this thread because I’m running into an issue that I’ve seen mentioned elsewhere, and I’m curious how widespread it is.

With the new-era marquee packs, the idea is that you can get all the new-era heroes to 4-star and then push for the legendary hero. That was exactly the plan I’d been saving crystals for.

The problem is that these marquee packs aren’t showing up in my store at all. What’s strange is that I do see other packs that are purchasable with crystals. I’m based in Belgium, so I’m wondering if this is some kind of regional restriction or store-related issue. If that’s the case, why are only certain crystal packs missing and not all of them?

Has anyone else experienced this, either in Belgium or elsewhere? Did the packs show up later, or did you find out what caused it? I’ve already contacted EA Help, but I haven’t made much progress yet.

Would love to hear if others are seeing the same thing or have any insight.
