Change email on web store for SWGOH

Thanks for checking back in! I missed your other post before so this helped! Let's see...based on what you've shared with me, it sounds like you might have two separate EA accounts. The error you're encountering usually occurs when the email update is not carried out on the EA account that's linked to your SWGOH account.
For that scenario I'd recommend the following:- Try to recall the older email that might be linked to your EA account / SWGOH account. This is the account you need to update. I've recommended steps to help with this here: A Second SWGOH /EA account
- Once you've located the second account, log in and update the account information to reflect your email preference, etc.
- If the email you want to use is already registered to a different EA account (like the one you mentioned updating), you'll need to free it up from that account before you can use it for the correct one. To do that, switch out the email registered on the other EA account, and it'll be free to pop in on the account connected to your SWGOH.Webstore.
If you need a hand updating the email our support team will do their best to help. Please keep in mind for account security reasons, our support team can't disclose any account information until you've passed the security checks on the respective accounts with them. It's a measure they have in place to protect the account holders' personal information.
