Been trying for two days to get my account reconnected(over 13mil GP), but each rep I get has no idea what's going or understands what i'm trying to explain so it's been frustrating. Two of them didn't even know there was a PC Client and was adamant the only way to play the game was through your phone. Made yet another ticket, hoping I get somewhere with this next one but at this rate i'm keeping my expectations low.
