Character shards in episode pass store.

I spent over 30k of episode pass tokens on all of the character shards in the episode pass store. So I could use all of those character shards to convert them into shard tokens so I could buy dark side currency to finish the Kylo ren galactic legend journey and none of the shards were able to be converted to shard tokens. I made sure I had all of those characters at 7 stars and maxed out before purchasing the character shards. It even says “max” on the episode pass store to confirm that I should be able to just buy those shards and convert them. After purchasing all of them and spending over 30k of episode pass tokens I went to the shard store and they never showed up and they are completely gone. I lost all of my episode pass tokens and all of the character tokens I bought were grayed out because I purchased them
