Charged 3 times for BB bundle and no help
I - like many others on the forums, have been charged 3 times for one purchase via the web store, and support wont answer. The only thing I was told was that they couldnt see any extra transactions, and that i only have paid for the bundle once even though that isnt true. Has anyone else experienced this, and has anyone found a solution? Its getting ridiculous.
