It has not been resolved. I was told that the two extra charges “werent real” and were just used to reserve my money. However i still see that i am missing 498DKK (75,55USD) from my bank account. Either EA doesnt care, or has chosen to deny that the overcharges that i and many others on the forums have experienced ever existed. It is unacceptable how EA treats their customers.
