I have been in contact with EA for over four days and about 8 hours in support.
I have also been charged three times for the Scorch bundles and I find it absolutely disrespectful that support doesn’t even acknowledge that they screwed up and don’t feel taken seriously about just having to have paid three times the amount. That is a lot of money.
Can someone from CG please let us know what the status is and how we can get back our money.
