I have the same problem. Now I can't even check my case in EA help, all my cases summary is blank. I think all player purchases around may 21st are affected. My extra charge don't have any notice and bank charge history only have date without time unlike normal charge. If they didn't used all my funds I might not even noticed this problem.

Me too. I froze my card to stop more withdrawal. I asked my bank and they said that don't have anything to do with this. I asked EA for support and now they blocked my chat...
