Charged for Jedi Temple pack

After going to the Web Store to redeem the Jedi Temple shard pack, which featured the promocode to get it for free, I was still charged $10.69 via paypal for this pack. I input the promocode, but the website still charged my paypal and removed funds from my account.

Per the advertisement, I should not have been charged. I did input the code, but was still charged. Simply unacceptable.
