I bought the below bundles on Tuesday 5/20 and was correctly charged on 5/21. On 5/22 I was charged two more times EACH for both bundles (six total charges for two bundles)

Got in contact with support, seems to be an issue for a lot of people. But they are reportedly working on a fix.
Same thing happened to me, the support team essentially doesn't know what's going on and won't help resolve the issue
Same, reported it yesterday when I was double charged, have been advised to wait.
Only development while waiting is that they have charged me yet again!
So, in total charged three times for each of the Scorch Bundles II and III
same i got charged, reached out got told to wait 8 hours after being told to wait got charged again
Add another to the list, submitted the ticket but been dead air sense. Does not help it's a long weekend with I want to say a bank holiday at the end of it.
I have to same issue. I’ve used cash and tried to dispute the charges but they said that the charges were correct. It put my account at -200 and how does it go to negative if don’t have the funds. My disputes were denied. They need to fix this.

Same thing happened to me. Bought a Crystal treasury on 20th got charged yesterday and today. Contacted the support. They sent a refund for the the second charge but the third one is yet to be resolved.
Same thing happened to me also. How do you even contact support? EA help website is a nightmare
