I bought the below bundles on Tuesday 5/20 and was correctly charged on 5/21. On 5/22 I was charged two more times EACH for both bundles (six total charges for two bundles)

I used my cash and I’ve been going back and forth with to the point that they contacted EA to make sure I wasn’t lying. They are in the middle of trying to get a refund for me since EA did tell them other user had the same issue. That was today, May 25th.

Happened to me too. Support is a joke :( Takes at least a day to answer, the first ticket was closed without resolving. Got told we can’t help you report it to Apple even though it was purchased in the EA web store. Opened a second ticket about 30hours ago and still waiting for an answer

I was told to 'wait' and that was the end of the conversation. Pretty sure I will be waiting until the day I die if I don't keep following up.
It's ridiculous to be told that 'game developer team... is diligently working to fix it'. Regardless of what they are doing to fix the problem, step one still needs to be providing a refund, something they never mentioned at all.
