I purchased the GI LSB and got charged twice. I did receive the characters in game. I purchased from the PC client. The two order numbers are : 1007852805190 and 1007853205190. They are for the same bundle and charged at the exact same time.

" I would like to inform you that I have reviewed your game account and can see that you have claimed both bundles. Due to this, we are unable to process a refund.."
I'm not sure what claim both bundles means. I only got the characters once. Is there a way to get my money back from this?
It looks like i got crystals from the failed transaction. I want you take the crystals off my account and give my money back for the second bundle.
