Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Try to gift the Chewbacca LSB 2. Pay 3. Payment went through, but the items did not 4. Don't have the LSB

I bought the LSB from my alt and gifted it to my main, as my alt is the only account I can currently make purchases on (this is not a game issue). I went in, bought the bundle, all was going well, but then the money went through and I did not earn the items. My alt's ally code is 289-479-811, that is the account the bundle was purchased from. I have the receipt from my bank that the purchase went through
- @ZAPPERZ12 I checked the order history. Based on our logs, the bundle was purchased for account 289-479-811. We can't transfer the content to other accounts.
