Summarize your bug Missing Chimera Event, Also do not have the new rates for mod upgrades that released on 19th.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue, I just don't have it.

I've been waiting for the Chimera event but it never popped and was assuming it got pushed (per schedule subject to change clause) then one of my guild mates told me he had it. I thought he was confused and posted on the forums and was told that it was out.
Not sure what all you need. I added an image for my available events as on 10:00pm est 7/23/2018. I have a 7* Home Run and 12 7* light side ships so I know I have the resources to do it.
When I was going through the in-game help last night I also noticed that my mods are still at the old rate to upgrade. As a step 1 troubleshooting. I removed the app from my phone. Rebooted and reinstalled. I think I may have missed a few other things in the last few weeks but not 100% sure. I think I had aged out of those events but no I'm wondering.
It appears my account just refuses to accept the new updates.
