Claim daily chest from webstore

Since both accounts have separate EA/Webstore logins, could you try the affected account in a different browser or in a private/incognito window and see if the daily chest appears there?

If possible, it would also be useful to test the Webstore on a different internet connection, such as mobile data, rather than your usual Wi-Fi or network.

I have 2 different logins with the webstore/EA/game. I log into each webstore every day. 
1 account is fine and I can claim bonus daily chest and Kessel rewards.

The other account will just be able to claim Kessel

Since you mentioned that you use more than one account, could you please double-check that the Webstore is currently logged into the EA Account linked to the SWGOH account where you’re having the issue?
