Clicking on "Quests" causes endless loading screen

Summarize your bug Whenever I click on quest, I get an endless loading wheel. I've reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, and cleared my cache.

Hi all, thanks for the report. We have this flagged as a bug and looking into it.

Meanwhile, you can try the temporary workaround in this post:

Temporary workaround:

Reinstalling the game will force it to load into daily activities first instead of the last viewed quest

After that, you should not tap on the mods quests. Instead, go to Characters

Tap on Darth Vader

Go to find more shards

Go to Available as Achievement Rewards

Finally, this will allow the player back into the quests area in Achievements.

That worked some, but clicking on next of the number 1 marked portraits on the left side in there
it happened again, took a screenshot of the one that made it happen again

I followed the temp fix above and now lost my characters. genius patch this week. i guess no moe EA games for me lost time us priceless.

@fUzZy_DiZe We know that Mod Quests are the one causing this issue. If it reoccurred, you will need to follow the workaround again ☹️ and after you manage to get back to the game, don't access mod quests anymore until we have a permanent fix.

Thanks, that helped me. But after i chose one of my challenge (that gives me mods) i froze again. I have to close the game, and i have to go through the Temporary workaround...

I did the temp fix and it is still doing the load screen I was going for the bonus energy

Yep. It's pretty frustrating. Game play seems to work so long as you avoid opening up quests. This has happened before.

I didn't have to bother with reinstalling. Just going to Vader and clicking on the achievement link fixed it on my end.

I am also having this problem and feel a little bit ticked off that i even put any kind of money into this game when it is having so many problems. Was hoping to be able to get at the very least my bonus energy and what not to power up my recently acquired characters but instead am forced to close out the app and use the shards to get energy that way. With just starting the game about a month ago, i am rather displeased with the constant problems this game has been having. Reported a bug a couple weeks ago about the mod challenges pt.01 health mods about it not crediting me for the health mods when ive done both the challenges and the battles, used up countless energy for mods i dont need anymore, found the thread and did the workaround reinstall and all to still not having it work. I should have been done with this questline now but still sitting on 0/15 mods for the first quest...
