Starting on November 28th, my Coaxium has not reset after reach Parsec Level 10 (10,000 points). I am getting the purchases, but I'm not accruing the Coaxium reward points. With each new purchase made on the web store, I am not getting the loyalty rewards points like I should. I am providing multiple screen shots that document this.

I’m having the same issue as well. My kessel run is stuck on the final completed tier.
So I'm hearing that some people are getting notices in their In-Game Inbox that the problem has been resolved and are given fair compensation. I suspect that you have a lot of people who need a resolution, so I'm guessing (hoping?) that you will eventually come around to my ticket?
Yeah, they're saying this is intended and that there's just a max coaxium reset which is totally illegal because it shows that you will still reset if you buy something else.
I am having the same issue....is there a stated limit for number of refreshes?
Same issue here. Spent a significant amount, would like the rewards as advertised along with a clear indication of any limits going forward.
Where is my compensation? I have been locked twice and may 4th stuff locks you out
There are not a limited number based on what the current released statements on the launch of the coaxium webstore process. If you buy all of the May 4th stuff it locks you out. Make wells are needed for anyone locked out of the rewards.
I see nowhere in the web store that states there is a limit. In fact, if I look at the May the 4th heist it says it will reset, but doesn't.
