Conquest not loading for days...

I have been unable to load Conquest for several days now...

When Conquest was launched earlier this week, it loaded normally.  I selected "Hard" and completed a few missions.  When I went back later that night, i was unable to get back to Conquest - and have been unable to get back to Conquest ever since.

I have reset my device (multiple times), checked my signal/connection (multiple times), cleared the cache and data for the app (multiple times), and uninstalled and reinstalled the app (multiple times), and Conquest will still not load.  There seems to be a pattern here, so hopefully that will help someone figure out what is happening.

When I clear the cache and data, or uninstall and reinstall the app, I am able to click on Conquest, and I get this strange screen (see attachment), but none of the buttons are responsive, and the game freezes.  It displays that the requirements for Easy are not met, and then the rest of the screen is just bizarre.  When this screen displays, I have to force close the app, as nothing else happens and the game freezes / becomes unresponsive.

When I go back to Conquest, I get a blank loading screen (see attachment) that never times out or displays an error, so this also results in having to force close the app.

I reached out to help through the game, but have gotten nowhere.  No one seems to be reading what I entered in the ticket, and I am being told to reset my device, check the signal, and reinstall the game.  As stated, I have done these multiple times, but to no avail.  They have offered no other solutions, so I am stuck.

So not only am I not getting an answer from their help, but I am losing ground not being able to do anything in Conquest.  No feats, no rewards, no currency, no shards, no datacrons, etc.  This situation needs to be resolved, and I need to be given some rewards for what I am missing out on.
