Same problem, tried contacting support but after a bit of a run around they just blamed Apple and washed their hands of their own problems. Guess we wait till they get around to maybe fixing it and see what compensation they decide to send out.

I am receiving the same error code #9. I understand that it has been acknowledged, but I did not see where a solution or compensation was discussed. I am running the most up to date versions on iPhone and PC.

I have managed to get this reported. The devs are already aware and are working on a fix. Sounds like a bug with the change of era
