Coliseum Tier Rewards - skipped a percentage reward?

I beat the 40% mark of tier 2, which gave me enough material to go up one level. Then I hit the next two percentages (50% and 60%) but I only received the rewards for the 60%. I should have gotten enough between the two to level up one more time. Is this going to be fixed later on or am I out of luck?
