I don’t know how many times I did post in this forum. Even I’m not the only one with this bug.
Everything is related with Galactic Conquest Error 9. I am 30 shards short in new Moff Guideon character because of this. Quick explanation: due this error, the user screen was showing apparently incorrect information to me. In the first GC round, I met the red crest requirements (630 tickets) according to my UI, but according with your logs, I was 627. It’s quite impossible to track how many tickets really left for your goals with this bug and that’s not an user issue definitely.

It’s quite frustrating posting over and over again, looking for answers and getting ignored. Also notice that we spent both time and crystals in order to achieve our goals and the outcome it’s unacceptable.

EA QV TeamHi, @EA_Gunner! This is not a solution. There are more players with this bug and you wouldn’t help me because I posted this more than a half ago and you ignored this? This is unacceptable.
Also notice that the only thing you guys did is double-checking with your logs how many tickets I got (3 WEEKS AFTER I POSTED MY FIRST THREAT) and you didn’t check deeply the core of the bug.
I was already aware that, for some reason, there was a discrepancy between your logs and my screen, that’s why I posted, so you guys didn’t give me more information that I already knew!

I’m feeling robbed, this is so unfair. You have players in 2nd and 3rd GC rounds happening the same and you are not helping them either.
Where can I state a formal complain?
