For the Rear Trenches territory of Territory Battles, I started the "Hoth Rebel Scout" combat mission. For that mission, I deployed 77,701 GP, which shows towards territory progress. I successfully completed all 6 phases of the mission. At that point, the connectivity issue that has been plaguing users today occurred. However, the results of the combat mission did not show towards territory progress.

Similar issue during Territory Battle but during ship combat... took screenshots... victory achieved, but no points awarded... attempt registered as having been used.... no way to retry or claim the points for the victory

Running iOS 12.0.1 on iPhone 7

Mine was not during the Hoth Rebel Soldier portion; but, the other combat mission on the bottom grid. I was able to deploy, which showed up in the feed; but, after completing the combat mission, I got the Victory screen, tapped on the screen, the game then crashed. When I loaded it back up it told me I had completed the combat mission and won't let me relaunch it; but, it appears to not have counted my points.

I can provide screenshots of the feed and trying to access the mission after completed; but, I didn't take any of the victory screen or anything.

Also, if you need it, I can provide my ally code.

This is a bug - 14 years working in SQA to back that up. When connection is attempted, results should not be lost if connection fails. Instead, results should be stored in cache to be retried upon next connection. Upon successful connection, results can be cleared from cache.

I don't know anything about programming, but is it possible that a system setup that way could be "gamed" where players slam on airplane mode, manipulate their cached results manually, and then reconnect? Could this system be designed intentionally to not cache results in order to prevent cheating?

If it's designed this way, then it's not a bug. If you believe it *should* be designed this way as a failsafe to network issues, then the Forums Feedback section is an appropriate place to make that suggestion.

    Thanks for the input!

Data manipulation could be done on any data stored on the phone. This would suggest that no data is stored on the phone. If data is stored on the phone, it could be encrypted to prevent manipulation
