Disconnection Caused Failure To Receive Shards

Hello,

I first reported this back on January 18th. After my third time requesting help on this, I was instructed to come to the forums.

Problem:

When finishing the General’s Command Tier III event (either this or tier IV, but I think it was III), I had a notification for some kind of game disruption. The 20 finalizer shards for completing the event were not received. Because these shards are rewarded on completion for the first time, I cannot recover them.

This is a huge roadblock since I now cannot attempt the bonus tier of the event since it requires 80 shards and I’m stuck at 60 without another way to acquire said shards.

Acquiring the shards via the shard store is also impossible as the Finalizer shards are locked until I unlock the Finalizer itself, which I cannot do.
