Completed all tiers of GAT but didn’t get shards from final tier

Hello there,

I completed all of the tiers of the Grand Admiral Thrawn event but as I completed the final tier, it said there was a server issue and my game crashed. Upon logging back in I was not able to recover the 100 shards needed to get Thrawn to 7 stars. I would appreciate assistance in getting this fixed!
