Came across this via Trello and noted this was listed has having only been seen once. I actually can provide a second case for this. I had and still have this problem on my account - have a 6* Ahsoka but am stuck on the quest to “Promote Ashoka Tano to 2 stars”.

I should also mention, from what I can recall (as this was quite a while ago), I had Ahsoka unlocked and past 2* before I even got to this quest. 

I have the exact same issue but its seems like it hasnt been fixed yet hope ea fixes it soon

Any answers for this? Are there subsequent quests that are blocked due to this bug?
