Completed quest not marked as complete

In the quest tab, there is a quest of “Promote Ashoka Tano to 2 stars” that will not mark as complete. My AT is now at 7 stars. I reached out to support on the app and they directed me here.

Tracking the issue and resolving the issue are two different things. It’s been at least two years since someone identified this as a problem and it seems that the EA team has done little to resolve this well known Bug, what’s the plan? When is the update? Is there a solution? Is there a plan to make these achievements retroactive for those already having completed them? We all have these same questions on our minds and we don’t have any answers.

Same problem: the promotion quest for Promote Ahsoka Tano to 2 stars quest cannot be completed, and my Ahsoka Tano has been 7 stars since before these “new” quests had been released.
