Connection Error - Android

Hi,  yesterday I had a problem with the game app on my devices. I couldn't login into the game. While on the loading screen an error message was poping up saying "There is an error with your connection". I checked my connection (everything was fine) but to be sure checked the router and restarted it. The error persisted. I checked another wifi network, no change, error was still there. I tried every possible step: restarted the device, reinstalled the app, checked it on my mobile, on wife's tablet, checked the tablet with antivirus, etc. All to no avail. I finally managed to log in through blue stacks on my PC. Just to add all other apps, games worked perfectly fine. Today everything worked well until now so I though the problem was solved. about 20-30 minutes ago everything went down again. Now I can't access the game on any device (Tablet, mobile, PC-Blue Stacks). I'm a bit worried as the Territory War is about to start and I'm usually the top contributor in my guild. Wouldn't like to leave my guild-mates like that.

    That's strange. I'm rather knowledgeable about tech, but with everything you did I'm having trouble thinking of any possible error on your end. What are you playing the game on? I.E. what model of what device, using what version of the OS?

    I've had similar issues when using my phone's hotspot to connect my computer to the internet. I've got all 15 gigs of hi-speed data, turn the hotspot on, it connects, and either says "Connected - No Internet" right off the bat, or will randomly decide to do that - very inconvenient when you're in a Zoom meeting for one of your college classes -_- But yeah, the only thing that is coming to mind right now is the most recent update causing a problem with your device - please respond with details.

    Actually that's not entirely true - the erratic nature of your problem makes me think that it's more likely to be a problem with your device(s) and your router communicating. How familiar are you with the hardware behind all of that? Also, it might be worth giving your ISP a call. Are you having issues with anything else, internet-wise, or is it just this game specifically? Because if it is truly just SWGOH, than I gotta think that it's a problem with the most recent update, and it let you play for awhile while it was downloading everything, then finished and BRAMP! Disconnected again.

    Hi I just had the same problem.

    Yesterday I did play on a train while I was connected into the public wifi. I don't know what it is exactly but since I left the train I had this same error.

    Finally, I restarted my phone and it went back to normal.

    Hoping it can help others with that same issue

    @omu6di86w8kl was there game updates? Sometimes the unable to connect message shows when there are certain levels of downloads that need to be done. I had it on another device so say 60 mb of data, when it hit say 28mb it would say unable to connect, just keep hitting try again and force it through so maybe thats whats happened here. Its not the message thats inconsistent not the issue.
