Connection Error

Connection error. Can't load into game. Everything was fine till I tried to do padme event and then went into infinite loading screen. I then closed app and tried to reopen only to get loading screen into connection error. Please help me Obi-Wan Kenobi you are my only hope.

    The connectivity issues have been resolved. Here's some information from the forums:

    Same here. Wifi or cell connections won't work. Me thinks that the aggressive negotiations from Padme went a little too far.

  • Tried to do my GA battles. Spinning wheel and eventual error code. Never started the battle. Still lost my team and the battle counted. Cant win now before I even started. Compensation please.

    Hey there, @Gideon_Lovat and @Ulborn

    If you're still having some difficulties with connection errors, let's see if we can track down what may be causing it. Let's try some basic troubleshooting steps. You can re-try the game after any of these steps.

    1. Restart your device
    2. Ensure there's no background apps
    3. Restart your Wi-Fi connection from the device

    Please let me know how it goes. If those steps didn't improve your connection, could you please let me know if you're running iOS or Android devices?

    After 3 attempts it connected. Device had just been turned on. Have not had another issue since this morning.

    @EA_Arrenai, was there any compensation provided to players who had their arena climbs/payouts impacted by the server outage from 03 May? I just got done chatting with EA Help and they stated that they couldn't make any changes to game content for me. Thanks in advance!
