    We have checked the logs available to us and have not been able to see a reason for the issue you encountered.

    Could you please take a look at our troubleshooting steps in the hopes that they aid you in the future.

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to return any Conquest Energy used.

I am encountering the same problem? First it only happened once in Geo TB and now the second time in conquest
