Conquest does not work and I am stuck on level 1

Platform:iOS
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone 13

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug So conquest doesn’t work and it doesn’t even let me play the first level and my tickets for conquest are stuck at 144/144 because I can’t play. I really thought I had to pay cash to play conquest but I see other people playing conquest for free without spending money so I’m pretty sure my game has been bugged ever since I unlocked conquest
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To be honest I am not sure, Do what you guys can do. Or try and make a new account that unlocked conquest and see if the bug happens. It happens to me all the time.

Can’t show now since it’s conquest hasn’t started yet. I’ll reply and try to send a video clip of my problem when conquest starts in 4 days.

    You need to wait until the new conquests start. Once it starts, select the available difficulty and you should be able to play.

    I do i click normal and then from there I click on the level and it doesn’t let me play.

    @Banawip have you collected the first data disk on the first "green" node? because you can only play the first battle after accepting the first data disk

    @Barbarossa5 do I purchase something with crystals to play first sector other than that conquest is in 3 days so I won’t be able to see the conquest menu screen for a while. The first first green node is level one right then it splits in to two lines but i click on the first level and on the bottom right it should say battle or something like that but it does not show.

    @Banawip As Barb said, it sounds like you aren't claiming a data disk from the three offered on the first node. There isn't a battle button for that, you select a disk, then you can move on. Please share screenshots of this is not what's happening when the next conquest launches.
