Received Crystals Instead of LSB

At the beginning of the week I purchased the Darth  Malgus LSB from the web store but received crystals. I have tried the in-game EA Support and Restore Purchases without success.  Could you please fix this and, if possible, the Kessel Run points  for me?  Thank you! EA_Gunner​
