Unequip the disc

When you remove a disk, there’s a pop up window asking you to confirm alongside an associated energy cost of 7. If the problem remains, you must have dismissed that window, rather than confirming. 

I removed the training Droid disk and problem remains.  

new to game but can you explain removing training Droid disk process?

You can fix it yourself by removing the training droids disk. 

I have the same glitch. It started in sector 3.   Now complete battles in sectors 1 and 2 have the same glitch.
