Cannot purchase anything in web store

I can still purchase the packs, crystals, etc in the game, but not in the web store

There are a few things to try to see if they can help resolve that error message. We can start with some of the basics. Could you give these steps a go, please?

Clear the browser cache and cookies

Disable extensions: If you're using a dark mode, or other browser extensions, temporarily disable them and check if that helps resolve the error message.

Try a different browser: iOS typically has Safari as its default browser. Could you test it out and see if the error message sticks around?

Could you share a bit more? Are you seeing an error message? What's happening on screen when you try? What browser are you using? What device are you using, etc?

If you can pop up an image of what you're seeing, that could help too.

I log into the webstore via Chrome app on iOS. Log in is working fine, and I can collect Kessel run and daily bonus but when I click on a crystal pack for example, this is all that shows up. And I click the x to close the window and it loads a blank grey square that looks similar to check out shape, but is empty, and I click outside that window and it takes me back to the store

You can tell it is trying to complete, you can even see the bonus at the bottom in the back ground but can’t move past this window

I have this exact issue. Tried the above steps and it hasn’t resolved. Is there anything else I could try?

Moving to use safari allowed me to complete a purchase, that worked as a solution, thank you. Is there any way I can submit receipts of in game purchases that I couldn’t previously complete to get the bonus coaxium?
