I dont know, was this intentional or just playing dumb? Same boost but different name and cost??

One is applied to your warlock or death knight (decay), the other would go on your wizard herbalist (Unstable). Oh sorry, the devs thought they were working at Blizzard or this was LOTR (which they killed) for a moment.
