Conquest Major Issue

Hello. I have finally decided to put in a discussion. For about the last 5-6 months I have been UNABLE to access hard Conquest. I have 7.2 Million GP, I have red crated, and also claimed the final Data disc after the last battle of sector 5 multiple times now. It has significantly impacted My grand arena that I am not able to unlock conquest characters really. It also really disheartens me wanting to play the game. I would love for this to be fixed as my motivation to keep playing is hurting but I have also spent lots of money on the game. I really want to be able to access hard Conquest and  be able to get some shards I have missed out on during this time.
