Conquest pass, i buy it, but not working

Its because they dont care, I tried to tell them I purchased a pass also and that it says payment pending, waiting for EA to accept...

I gave up after 2 weeks....

Also my ingame purchase isn't working anymore (like for alot of other people for about 2 months now) and guess what...

It still doesn't work, go figure
