Conquest Pass Plus Bug - plz fix!

I recently went to purchase the Conquest Pass Plus on the store website and when I checked in game it was only the regular Conquest Pass that was activated. After looking into it, apparently I somehow purchased the "upgrade" for $20. The upgrade is supposed to be $20 and bump you up from the regular conquest pass (valued at $10) to the Pass plus (valued at $30), but I received only the regular conquest pass. So apparently by purchasing the upgrade for $20, I got the regular pass valued at $10. 

Additionally, on the webstore where you can purchase the pass or pass+ it says I already bought the regular pass - but in the game it still gives me an option to purchase both. 

Can I get a refund for the extra $10 I spent for this purchase? Or if I go in-game and purchase the regular pass ($10) will it automatically upgrade me to pass+? Please help / advise! CG_Meathead​
