Can we get some kind of update besides we are looking into it? I believe you aren’t a programmer and I may be incorrect but I don’t blame this on anyone.
I just feel like someone with the ability/position needs to acknowledge that compensation in some way or form is coming to those effected. Not that you are looking into a bug.
I want to keep spending money on this game that I love and I have since. Even while dealing with the stress of feeling wronged the last time I spent money. Please have someone tell the Conquest Proving Grounds + customers what compensation is coming and when. This has impacted a huge percentage of the player population.

@EA_Gunner please see the latest response from "HELP"... there are 1 of 3 possibilities now.
1.) they have got to be kidding
2.) this documented HELP chat is as literal an example of INCOMPETENCY as humanly possibly to describe..
3.) HELP, therefore EA, is scamming to scam, again, for no reason other than the fun of stealing & getting away with it.
@EA_Gunner please tell us which of the 3 we are seeing here.

@EA_HighCommand can you please give us an update in regards to the Proving Grounds + issues and compensation. Please provide us with adequate compensation as we spent money for extra access and couldn’t receive shards for our characters or ships.
Please read my previous posts on this thread for a clearer picture. In game “Help” isn’t helping and we have all be checking this thread for help.
