Conquest Sector 1 Loading Loop

Started a hard node with Bounty Hunters in Sector 1 of Conquest and got stuck in a loading screen for 10 mins. Closed the app and reloaded the game. Now I am down 20 Conquest energy and did not get to fight at all.

No death
After getting enemies health to 3 bars they no longer lose health in conquest sector 2 first mission. Enemies are immune to being defeated.
