Conquest sector 1 miniboss (god mode)

There appears to be a scaling issue with the sector 1 miniboss in the most recent conquest.  I am totally stuck and cannot progress, and have spent hundreds of energy trying to get past this node with all the strongest teams in the game.  

please help!
