Conquest: Sector 2 Siphoning Strike not working correctly

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug In Conquest 13, in sector 2, the Siphoning Strike feat requires you to "gain health steal up 20 times." Feat isn't counting the buff correctly, however, at least with Greef Karga.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to sector 2 of current conquest, play a battle with Greef Karga, and use his middle ability, "Bring Them in From the Cold" to kill an enemy. Gain Health Steal Up, and then not have it count towards the feat.

In Conquest 13, in sector 2, the Siphoning Strike feat requires you to "gain health steal up 20 times." Feat isn't counting the buff correctly, however, at least with Greef Karga.

Two pictures show my BH with health steal up and the feat counts immediately after the battle.

I have tested this multiple times with Greef and gotten the same result every time.

Also, tested with Emperor Palpatine and the feat counts his health steal correctly, so the issue might just be with Greef Karga and how his ability works.

First time actually coming on these forums, and it was specifically to look up this issue. So definitely tag me with the 'me too' option. Actually had not noticed until I was on what I thought was my final set of health steal ups with karga.
When the challenge didn't pop, I went to go look at it and was surprised to see that I was still at 2 out of 20 which I'm assuming were palpatine earlier. Then I ran it again and used his ability to put an ewoj in the ground and gave all my hunters health steal up just to be sure, but still no forward progress. So agreed, 100% repro.
