Merrin Relic 7 dropped to 1. I paid for her bundle, how can you just change a product after it’s been sold? Talk about shady business. I understand her Omicron was “broken”. But that has literally nothing to do with Relic Levels. This is not okay, and to refund nowhere near the materials needed is an added slap in the face. Fix this now.
Did you use any of the refund on other upgrades before you noticed Merrin had been re-set?
The refund I received took her back to r7 perfectly.
I had her relic 9 with starkiller they didn't give me nearly enough compensation I build her from the ground up BRICK BY BRICK wtf bro
I had the same issue, it turned out it was because I spent the refunded materials without even realising I had them. Overall I am dissapointed in how CG handled this. I would of prefered my characters levels and omicrons remained the same and they could of just given us some relic materials and omicrons for free to make up for the inconvenience, rather than adding more confusion and added inconvenience of having to re level and re apply omicrons.
This still hasn't been fixed yet. As soon as I collected rewards I went to relic Merrin and didn't have the materials required. EA help have been no help. I had R7 merrin I was using her for ROTE mission.. Now not spending anything on principle
