Constant game freezes Samsung S20 5G+

Since upgrading my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G+ I've been experiencing multiple game freezes in the middle of battles as well as in menus all in different situations, maybe 1 freeze every 2-3. I...

Hi @simonwitt999,

Have the freezes continued? If so, please try the troubleshooting steps for Androids here: "Android troubleshooting for EA Mobile Games".

@EA_Lanna I've done everything except reinstalling the game which I'm doing now. I just had it happen in a Grand Arena match so I've likely lost that now which is nice. GL Kylo seems to be the common denominator but it's happening in different game modes and after using different abilities. If it continues after I've reinstalled I'll update here
