First pic, there fleet events have been in my game for over a month now. Timer keeps resetting. The other pics are for the 3+ on the top corner. I can seem to get rid of it since the last update. Some screens show it and other do not. Please fix these two issues thanks

Those fleet events were made permanent with last big update. They’re there for everybody currently. It’s annoying for sure.
For your 3+ showing, can you open Quests from Home Screen and show a screenshot. You have something in there most likely.
There is nothing there. I have checked several times. Opened each tab scrolled open tried to open. Deleted the game and downloaded. Restarted the game, iPad. Still there. But I’ll send screen shots.
