Crashed on T1 Barriss Event 1st Attempt - No Era rewards given (w/ pics).

EA support replied again with a link for generic troubleshooting issues.

Cleared cache on Android and EA App, restarted devices, initiated a repair on the PC Client, tried to "Restore Purchases" on Android, phoned a friend, et cetera.
