Credits lost

Hello ! This morning, while playing Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, I performed a module upgrade on the character CC-2224 "Cody," and right after that, the game froze, like some kind of bug. Then, I had almost no credits left; I had around 8 to 9 million, and after the bug, I only had about 125,000. This is completely abnormal, considering I didn't buy anything from the loading screen store with credits at that time, except for modules purchased with episode currency, which, by the way, were correctly deducted. I've already contacted EA in-game and by email, but I haven't received a response.
